What can I say the music world has gotten a lot darker one of the brightest stars we have ever known passed away yesterday, he leaves behind a legacy and all his music will live on forever.
rest in peace michael you always knocked me off of my feet.

IF you look behind me in the large painting by my favorite artist in the world richard dequattro

he painted one of my favorite paintings in my entire house.

it was a painting of myself and my original partner (John F mulcahey).

we were together for 17 1/2 years, I lost john december 12 th 2006 to cancer.

It is said that everyone will experience a dark night of the soul in their life time.

This was mine, and through my pain eventually came growth, I miss my john everyday of my life but now he is my guardian angel watching over me from above.

Something deep down inside of me is telling me its time to let you go.

for now you are free, I was so afraid to let you go.

because of my own needs, now I know love never dies, and ours will always live on.

and in a blink of an eye I see a beautiful rainbow at the end of my tunnel.

of his time, some accuse him of selling out.
I think he was a brilliant businessman.

and events into our home living rooms.
it also has the ability to create and re-create people of fame and notoriety.
but it also has the same ability to take away that same fame.
sometimes i think of tv as a powerful weapon of mass destruction.

angels and religion

What a lot of people dont know about me is my very strong religious background, i am roman cathlolic.

I have always loved painting angels and have always felt the presence of angels around me during some difficult times in my life.

artists that inspire and move me

through some of her tragic events in her life including a horrible
trolley car accident that left her paralyzed she still managed
to paint everyday of her life using her feet and mouth.
talk about a strong woman who never gave up.
if you havent seen the movie frida you should.
her work is so beautiful and mysterious it draws me in and i never want to leave.

There are painters who transform the sun into a yellow spot,

but there are others who, thanks to their art and intelligence,

transform a yellow spot into the sun.

NEW WORKS/CREATIONS

A lot of my inspirations do come from dreams although I am always on the look out for things that inspire me, driving to and from the beach a certain look the sky shouts at me.
Each painting I do is like a direct relationship to me so in a way all my paintings are my children. each one of them also holds many blessings and charged energy of light.
Being able to paint for me is a process I cannot just choose any moment I want.
There is alot more to it than that, I have to be in that space (the space I need to be in where I am able to turn off all distractions from the crazy hectic world and tune into my higher power
sort of finding the right channel on a radio, once I am connected out it comes.
I am so thankful I was born having this ability to draw and paint and create.
Painting for me is like medicine for my soul, for this is why I must continue to paint.
Who knows what future paintings are asleep in my soul only to be awaken by my desire to
express myself on canvas each painting tells a certain story only to those who want to read my book.
